FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – December 19, 2018
High Salary PG
Players costing over $6,667
Russell Westbrook (at SAC – $11,400): Needs 48.2 fantasy points. Westbrook had 59.7 fantasy points in 32 minutes against the Bulls on Dec. 17. The scoring still isn’t there, but everything else is. The Kings have beaten the Thunder twice this season and De’Aaron Fox was popping off in the last victory. So, you know what that means for Westbrook on Wednesday. He’s out for revenge. And that’s probably bad for the Kings, who has regressed to the mean. Diagnosis: Reliable with a very high ceiling.
Kemba Walker (vs CLE – $9,700): Needs 41 fantasy points. Kemba was down to 6.7 fantasy points against the Lakers on Dec. 15. There’s no way he plays this poorly against the Cavaliers on Wednesday. Expect Walker to come out firing to get himself out of this funk. The matchup is good as the Cavaliers are on a back-to-back and don’t exactly have an answer for Kemba. Diagnosis: I expect a big scoring outing from Kemba on Wednesday as he looks to make up for that poor Lakers game.
Eric Bledsoe (vs NO – $7,800): Needs 33 fantasy points. Bledsoe has been over over 39 fantasy points in three of his last four games. And now he walks into a good matchup as the Pelicans defense isn’t good and they are banged up in the frontcourt. Bledsoe has been doing a bit of everything, but you can expect him to deliver with points and assists in this one. Diagnosis: Love the matchup and he has a high ceiling.
