Merry Christmas to everyone!  May our NBA Fantasy Picks brighten your day even more.

The Value Monster theory for NBA Fantasy Picks is two-fold:  Injury news and tempo. The number of possessions soars mediocre players to profitable levels or drops them off the radar. Here’s how Xmas day stacks up:

Lakers at Golden State:
The fastest paced game of the top 3, this one offers NBA Fantasy Picks value for the higher priced players.  The Warriors are favored by 9 so both Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant should be able to cover salary based expectations.
Jonas Jerebko looks good here too.  He alternates good games with bad games and is now due for a surprise winner.
The Lakers boast Lebron James, always a potential standout, but lower priced options remain viable as well.  Surprisingly Ivica Zubac holds the key NBA Fantasy Picks lock providing McGee and Chandler remain sidelined.  He’s been getting 33 minutes a game and exceeding 1 DraftKings’ point per minute.
All Lakers starters secure a ton of minutes; check the lineup near game time and roster.

Milwaukee at New York:
Another up tempo free for all with the Bucks favored by ten.  Giannis could exceed 60 DK points here, and Khris Middleton continues to post over 1 DK point per minute.
Among the Knicks projected starters, Hardaway, Knox, Vonleh and Kanter should provide solid cash game results relative to their salary expectations.  Emmanuel Mudiay is a tournament play as he posts good and bad games.

Philadelphia at Boston:
Slightly slower paced but still feasible.  For Philly, Joel Embiid has posted mid 30’s in his last 3 road games but had a big game his last trip into Boston.  Ben Simmons plays better on the road and is good for tournaments.  Jimmy Butler is playing well for Philly garnering over 1.25 DK points per minute his last 2 games.
For the Celtics, Kyrie Irving was stymied badly in his last game vs Philly.  Jayson Tatum looks good here and is constantly exceeding 1 point per DK minute. while Marcus Morris also looks like an excellent play.

Close to game time injuries will usually open spots for viable lower cost players.  Good luck!
