Dwayne Haskins. 9. player. 52. . Quarterback. Ohio State

The Jacksonville Jaguars are an absolute train wreck this season, which is incredible considering they went to the AFC Championship Game last season. They have bounced from Blake Bortles at quarterback, to Cody Kessler, and then back to Bortles this past weekend when Kessler was injured against the Miami Dolphins.

Jacksonville was able to get the win against the Dolphins, but they have some serious work  to do if they are to get back to the AFC title game any time soon. The first order of business will be getting a new quarterback, and drafting in the top-10 next April, they could grab a guy like Ohio State’s Dwayne Haskins.

Haskins was given a first-round grade this past weekend by the evaluators, which could make his decision to forgo another season with the Buckeyes a bit easier. He is going to play in the bowl game, but you have to like the chances that he comes out this Spring, and the Jaguars should be waiting with open arms.

The Jaguars have a roster that is playoff-ready, and all they need is the right guy under center making the decisions for the offense. Haskins proved during his one year as the starter at Ohio State that he has the talent to be at least a first rounder at the NFL level, and given the right coaching, he could be the best quarterback to come out of this draft class when all is said and done.
