Billy Joe Tolliver Division

29. Jeff Driskel (LW: 30)

Driskel hasn’t been able to generate much in Cincinnati. Of course, the Bengals aren’t too concerned about his performance. This is the same franchise that has allowed Marvin Lewis to basically enjoy a lifetime contract.

28. Josh Allen (LW: 27)

Allen is entertaining, but he’s not playing well from the pocket. For those wondering how he’s this low despite the low-expectation Bills having five wins, consider this. Allen has thrown 53 more passes for 145 fewer yards than Nick Mullens. He also has seven passing touchdowns against 11 interceptions. It’s been ugly.

27. Josh Rosen (LW: 29)

Rosen has gotten a pass most of the year for playing on the Cardinals, but the numbers raise eyebrows. Only 10 touchdowns against 14 interceptions, all while completing 55.4 percent of his throws. Rosen needs to be much better in his second season.

26. Ryan Tannehill (LW: 26)

No quarterback is sheltered more by playcalling than Tannehill. His numbers are solid on the surface, but the tape shows a man who is rarely asked to make a tough play. Even with those advantages, he’s thrown brutal interceptions, helping play Miami out of the playoff conversation.
