High Salary SG

Players costing over $6,250

Luka Doncic (vs OKC – $8,100): Needs 37 fantasy points. I’m not doubting Luka, especially at home. His salary has dropped in a big way and he should have no issue getting his numbers in this game. He’s shooting very well and he’ll bounce back in the rebounding and assist department in this game. He had 42 fantasy points against the Thunder on Nov. 10. He should have another strong outing in this one. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a very high ceiling. Matchup is a bit tough due to the OKC defense.

Josh Richardson (vs MIN – $6,900): Needs 31.5 fantasy points. Richardson has been over 30 fantasy points in seven straight. You know what you’re getting from Richardson on most nights. He’s a fairly consistent player with his scoring and playmaking. And he chips in with defense. The Timberwolves are a mess and the Heat, while not flashy, are at least consistent with their effort. Diagnosis: Reliable with a decent ceiling.

Jimmy Butler (at POR – $6,700): Needs 30.6 fantasy points. Butler continues to be all over the place as a member of the Sixers. But if Joel Embiid is out of the lineup, you know Butler is going to step up with his scoring. The Blazers are a tough matchup, but they are on a back-to-back and could have some tired legs. Butler is built for tough matchups and he’s at a good salary. Diagnosis: Take with confidence if Embiid is out.
