Players costing $6,667 or under

Lou Williams (vs PHI – $6,400): Needs 27.1 fantasy points. There’s a lot to love at value shooting guards on Tuesday. Williams had 28.1 fantasy points in 27 minutes against the Spurs on Dec. 29. I expect the Sixers to come out strong in this game and Williams will be there to push back. He’s typically reliable with his scoring and playmaking, especially if the minutes are there. He’s at a good salary and should be at value at the very least. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Bogdan Bogdanovic (vs POR – $6,100): Needs 25.8 fantasy points. Bogdanovic was up to 35 fantasy points against the Lakers on Dec. 30. The minutes are not an issue for him at the moment and he does a bit in all categories. The matchup is another good one for him on Tuesday. I continue to love his energy off the bench while Bagley is out of the lineup. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Malcolm Brogdon (vs DET – $5,800): Needs 24.5 fantasy points. Brogdon continues his reliable game as he had 30.2 fantasy points against the Nets on Dec. 29. He does a bit of everything and remains at a nice cost given his usual production. Along with Brogdon, you could grab one of the Nuggets shooting guard as they are up against the Knicks. I told you, pay attention to the meat of the text. There are nuggets in them. Diagnosis: Reliable with a decent ceiling.
