The Buffalo Bills had another rough season in 2018, as they failed to make the playoffs once again. Last season, the Bills  made it to the playoffs for the first time since 1999, but the feeling was short-lived, as they battled through inconsistent play all season long, and head into a very important offseason.

Head coach Sean McDermott did a solid job in his first season at the helm back in 2017, leading the team to the playoffs, but times would be tough in 2018. The Bills traded up to select Wyoming quarterback Josh Allen early in round one, and he earned the starting job, showing great promise late in the year.

While Allen struggled with his accuracy, much like he did in college, he made things happen with his legs, and should build upon a solid rookie campaign. Allen is definitely franchise quarterback material, and will look to become the best Bills quarterback since legend Jim Kelly was leading this  team to the Super Bowl nearly every season.

In the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft, Buffalo will be picking in the top-10, and should focus the selection on the other side of the ball. Ed Oliver had a strange final season playing for the Houston Cougars, but he is definitely a first round talent, and would fill an immediate void along a mediocre Bills defensive line.
