The North Carolina Tar Heels look to keep rolling in ACC play as the Louisville Cardinals travel to Chapel Hill for a Saturday afternoon clash.
There have no question been ups and downs for the North Carolina Tar Heels throughout the 2018-19 college basketball season. Roy Williams’ team has seen big highs, but has also been privy to letdown games to this point. Having said that, they’ve started ACC play off solidly and hope to continue that against the Louisville Cardinals.
Of late, it’s looked like North Carolina has started to come into their own. Yes, it’s still frustrating to look at star freshman Nassir Little’s minutes, but the Tar Heels as a whole have been coming up strong as of late with a cast of both young players and veterans.
Cameron Johnson and Luke Maye have really started to hit their stride in recent weeks for the Tar Heels, just in time for ACC play. Meanwhile, point guard Coby White continues to look like the best player on the floor for UNC. Supplement those guys with the likes of Kenny Williams, Seventh Woods and even Little, this team is dangerous.

Louisville is looking for their footing in the post-Pitino era and have been solid this season, entering this game at 10-5 on the season. Jordan Nwora is a big-time players, but they are going to need to find more scoring if they can compete with North Carolina.
