Where can you watch the return of The Flash season 5 online?

A bunch of questions were put on hold for the Elseworlds saga, and some of those will need to be revisited. Why was Nora working with Thawne? What were they trying to accomplish? Has Caitlin’s connection with Killer Frost actually recovered? Why aren’t Cisco’s hands (and viking abilities) recovering? What is that “speed force language” that Nora uses in her journal? And how will Nora handle the revelation that Thawne killed her namesake and grandmother?

The answer to that last question came up in the final scene of “What’s Past is Prologue.” Nora went back to the future to confront Thawne about a few things, presumably one of them will be his murder of her grandmother. The rest of that, let’s say, conversation comes this week.

Back in Central City, and in the present, Barry and the others have their own problems to deal with. The newest meta-villain, Silver Ghost, uses her powers to control technology. They’ve definitely seen something like that before, but it’s even more dangerous because of the objects that were infected with dark matter in the satellite explosion.

In an extended trailer for the coming episode, it’s clear that Cicada’s anger at all meta-humans is as strong as ever. It will be interesting to see if Barry can or will try to relate to him in some way after  Nora’s (apparent) injury. He knows Cicada/Dwyer has some connection to Grace, even though he doesn’t know exactly what it is. He could relate/appeal to him one father (or parental figure) to another, or he could be so angry that most rational thinking goes out the door. There might not be an in between.
