Bogdan Bogdanovic
SACRAMENTO, CA – DECEMBER 27: Bogdan Bogdanovic /

High Value SG

Players costing $6,667 or under

Bogdan Bogdanovic (at CHA – $6,200): Needs 26.5 fantasy points. Bogdanovic has been over 25 fantasy points in his last two games, which includes a 28.2 fantasy point performance against the Hornets on Jan. 12. He’s back on the bench and I don’t like him quite as much in this spot but the matchup is a good one and his ceiling is good. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a good ceiling.

Dennis Schroder (vs LAL – $6,100): Needs 26.1 fantasy points. Schroder looks like he’s played himself into rhythm and it’s led to a couple of big games for him. He had just 24.4 fantasy points against the Lakers on Jan. 2 but again, he’s on a hot stretch right now and the Lakers are a good matchup, especially with LeBron out of the lineup. Trust that he keeps up this level of play. Diagnosis: Slightly inconsistent but hot and a good ceiling.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (at OKC – $4,500): Needs 19.2 fantasy points. KCP was moved to the starting lineup against the Bulls and it led to 28.3 fantasy points. It’s a good sign for his value and now he gets the Thunder, a team that is struggling to defend and a team that KCP always seems to play well against. He had 36.6 fantasy points against them in the Jan. 2 game. He should be in for another good scoring game in this one. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
