Barcelona face Leganes at Camp Nou on Sunday, Jan. 20. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

The first half of La Liga’s season wrapped up last weekend with Barcelona holding a five-point lead over Atletico Madrid. The second half of the season kicks off this weekend with Barcelona hosting Leganes at Camp Nou. Leganes are hoping to avoid relegation this season. After 19 games, Leganes are 15th in the table with 22 points but are only three points above the relegation zone.

Barcelona could have been running away with the title this season but they have dropped points to teams in the bottom half of the table. Ernesto Valverde’s team have been incredible going forward this season, scoring 53 goals, 22 more goals than the next closest team in La Liga. Lionel Messi is having another incredible season, scoring 17 goals, the same amount as Leganes and three other teams. Messi and Luis Suarez have combined for 31 goals, which would be the second most any team in La Liga have scored. The two players will continue to lead Barcelona’s attack as they look to repeat as La Liga champions.

Despite being near the relegation zone, Leganes were able to shock Barcelona earlier this season, winning 2-1. The Cucumber Growers are trying to extend their three-year stay in La Liga by playing a very defensive style. Leganes have conceded only 21 goals this season, the seventh fewest in La Liga and only one goal more than Barcelona have allowed this season. The problem for Leganes this season has been their inability to score goals. The Cucumber Growers have scored only 17 goals this season. Guido Carrillo leads the club with five goals and will lead the attack with Martin Braithwaite against Barcelona.
