9. player. 16. . Defensive Tackle. Houston. Ed Oliver

The Buffalo Bills are another one of those teams that have a lot of work to do on both sides of the ball, but towards the end of the 2018 NFL season, it was clear that they found their franchise quarterback. Josh Allen really came on towards the end of the season,  getting the job done with his arm, and his legs, and it will be interesting to see the kind of step he takes in year two in 2019.

With Allen under center and LeSean McCoy back for another season, the Bills have a couple of pieces in place on offense. While they definitely need some help along the offensive line, they also have a glaring need on the other side of the ball, as the loss of Kyle Williams is going to be tough for their defense.

Bringing in a quality defensive tackle in the 2019 NFL Draft makes a lot of sense, as there is some elite talent in the draft class. One player who would look very good in Buffalo is Ed Oliver, who has the talent to be a top-5 draft pick but has had some issues on and off the field this season that could cause him to drop.

In Buffalo, Oliver would be an instant starter and a guy who could really cause some havoc in the AFC East. The division has been owned by the New England Patriots for so long, but the Bills have proven they can win, making it to the playoffs two years ago, and seem to have some pieces in place to build upon moving forward.
