Players costing $6,250 or under

Kelly Oubre Jr (at LAL – $5,800): Needs 26.4 fantasy points. Oubre was down to 25.25 fantasy points against the Nuggets on Jan. 25 but don’t be too concerned. It was a back-to-back and the Nuggets are a tough matchup. The Suns have had a day off and now play the Lakers. Oubre always brings the energy and with Warren still out he’ll continue to get minutes. He does a bit of everything which certainly helps his cause. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Derrick White (vs WAS – $5,700): Needs 26.4 fantasy points. White continues to provide consistent value for the Spurs. I rarely have a doubt about White’s game and still feel like you can pair him with Forbes and feel confident in the duo. The Wizards are a good matchup with their lack of depth. And if DeRozan is out of the lineup once again, it means more for White’s value. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Terrence Ross (at HOU – $5,100): Needs 23.2 fantasy points. Ross bounced back from the bad performance against the Nets with 32.5 fantasy points against the Wizards on Jan. 25. He’s been hot as of late outside of the Nets game and it looks like that was just an off night more than him entering into a slump, which is the good news. He had 28 fantasy points against the Rockets on Jan. 13. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a good ceiling.
