The Duke Blue Devils keep rolling, taking their show to South Bend on Monday night against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in another ACC battle.
It’s hard to think of many times the Duke Blue Devils have looked fallible in ACC play this season, save for their overtime loss to Syracuse where Tre Jones was injured. They topped Virginia, played poorly and still won against Georgia Tech and have rolled otherwise. Mike Krzyzewski’s team aims for that to continue on Monday as they go on the road to face the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
Last time out, Duke honestly didn’t play anything close to their best basketball, even with Jones returning to action to join the likes of Zion Williamson, RJ Barrett and Cam Reddish. Georgia Tech played them tough, but the Blue Devils still had just too much juice and earned a double-digit win over the Yellow Jackets.
On Monday, Coach K’s Blue Devils face an ailing Notre Dame team. After a 10-3 start in non-confrence play, the wheels of fallen off for Mike Breen’s team. They Irish have lost four-straight coming into this matchup at home and need to turn things around in a big way at 1-6 in ACC play to this point.
