31. . Quarterback. Ohio State. Dwayne Haskins. 6. player

The New York Giants once again failed to win many games in 2018, their first season with Pat Shurmur as the head coach. Shurmur and the Giants just were not consistent on either side of the ball, and heading into the 2019 NFL season, they have a lot of work to do when it comes to  the roster.

While still putting up solid numbers last season, Eli Manning is not getting any younger, and incredibly, there is no succession plan in place for when he is done. When Manning was a rookie, he got to play behind future Hall of Famer Kurt Warner, who eventually gave way to  the first-year signal-caller during the season.

The Giants may want to put that kind of play in place, and with the No. 6 overall pick, they should have their eyes locked on Dwayne Haskins. Of course, being the top quarterback available, Haskins may go earlier in round one, as teams behind the Giants may try to go up and trade with the first five teams in the draft, as none of them need a quarterback.

Haskins started only one season at Ohio State, but did throw for 50 touchdowns, and led the Buckeyes to a Rose Bowl victory. He has all the physical attributes you look for in a quarterback at the NFL level, is extremely smart, and is a guy that could end up being a Pro Bowl signal-caller down the line.
