Napoli face Sampdoria at the San Paolo on Saturday, Feb. 2. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

Napoli were knocked out of the Coppa Italia 2-0 by AC Milan at the San Siro on Tuesday, with new Rossoneri signing Krzysztof Piatek scoring both goals in his full debut. That competition was the last trophy Napoli won, back in 2014 when Rafa Benitez was in charge.

There also doesn’t look to be any chance of Napoli picking up a first league title since 1990, even if coach Carlo Ancelotti hasn’t yet given up hope, publicly at least. They trail Juventus by 11 points, although they remain Italy’s second-best side and are well placed to easily qualify for the Champions League. The normally sanguine Ancelotti was sent off during that midweek cup game, after he (understandably) became frustrated with the referee. He can take some comfort from the fact that it seems likely the club will keep hold of in-demand stars such as Kalidou Koulibaly and Allan in the current transfer window.

Their cup exit and league deficit mean that Napoli will perhaps now focus on the Europa League. They’ll play the first leg of their round of 32 tie against FC Zuerich in Switzerland in 12 days’ time.

The Serie A match between Napoli and Sampdoria will be broadcast live on ESPN. Live streaming is available on ESPN+, which you can access with your cable or satellite subscriptions, either online or through the ESPN app.
