Welcome to NHL DFS Man Advantage for Monday February 4th! After having some big slates on Friday and Saturday, tonight it’s a small 4 game slate in the NHL. We have 3 west coast teams coming east, and a west coast battle with two teams battling for playoffs in the one “late” game.

NHL DFS Schedule:

7PM:

Anaheim @ Toronto

Los Angeles @ NY Rangers

Vancouver @ Philadelphia

8:30PM:

Arizona @ Dallas

NHL DFS Goalies:

My top goalie tonight is going to be Frederik Andersen ($8,300 ) in a home matchup with the Ducks. Anaheim has only won 2 games since December 18th (17 games) and has only scored more than 3 goals in just 2 of those 17 games as well.

After Andersen there is really only other 1 other goalie I trust tonight with such a small slate and that’s Carter Hart ($7,800) . Hart is a winner of 6 straight starts and has made 30 saves or more in 5 of the 6 wins and is coming a 40 save OT win Saturday afternoon.

If for some reason you do not want to use either of these two top goalies, Ben Bishop ($8,100) is a viable option.

GLENDALE, ARIZONA – JANUARY 16: Conor Garland #83 and Alex Galchenyuk #17 of the Arizona Coyotes celebrate after Galchenyuk scored a goal against the San Jose Sharks during the third period of the NHL game at Gila River Arena on January 16, 2019 in Glendale, Arizona. NHL DFS Top Forwards:

John Tavares ($7,300) – JT has been sort of cool the last few games with only 1 goal and 1 assist in his last 4 games and is averaging just over 3 FPPG. I like Tavares tonight to break out of his slump against an Anaheim team coming off a 9 goal drubbing by Winnipeg on Saturday.

Elias Pettersson ($6,800) – Pettersson has 4 points (1 g 3 a) in the 3 games since his return from injury on January 20th. It’s not just about the points with Pettersson, he is a good stat filler to with an average of over 5 FPPG in his last 3 and 4 SOG and 3 BS while playing over 15 minutes per game. Another Vancouver option is Bo Horvat ($5,900) who plays on the top PP unit with Pettersson. Horvat has a goal and 4 assists in his last 4 games and is averaging 4.75 FPPG.

Kevin Hayes ($5,600) – The Rangers #2 center has been the hottest player on the Rangers next to the entire top line. Hayes has 3 goals and 7 assists in the last 10 games and has taken 24 SOG. Hayes plays on the Rangers 2nd line and top  PP unit as well.

Travis Konecny ($5,100) – Konecny is heating up for the Flyers top line alongside Claude GirouxIn his last 5 games Konecny has 3 goals and 3 assists ( including 2 multi point games) and is averaging 4.5 FPPG.

Derek Stepan ($4,600) – With 2 goals and 2 assists in his last 5 games as well as averaging over 4 FPPG, Stepan has been the most consistent Coyote of late. Stepan centers the Yotes top line with Richard Panik and Vinnie Hinostroza as his wings.

Blake Comeau ($2,900) – Welcome to the NHL DFS in 2019, a place where Blake Comeau still has fantasy value, or has it for the first time in his career, I am not really sure. Either way, Comeau is actually a NHL DFS option tonight against Arizona playing on the first like with Jamie Benn and Radek FaksaComeau has 2 goals in his last 4 and has seen his minutes increase by over 2 minutes per game in that span.

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA – JANUARY 16: Oskar Lindblom #23 of the Philadelphia Flyers (r) celebrates his goal at 12:44 of the first period against the Boston Bruins and is joined by Travis Sanheim #6 (l) at the Wells Fargo Center on January 16, 2019 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. NHL DFS Top Defensemen:

Pay Up:

Travis Sanheim ($4,900) – In the Flyers last 2 games Sanheim has really shined and has been their top dman. Sanheim has 1 goal and 2 assists as well as 8 SOG and 7 blocked shots in the last two games and he will look to keep this streak going tonight.

More from FanSided

Other options: Morgan Rielly ($6,300) Drew Doughty ($5,100)

Pay Down:

Roman Polak ($3,300) – Polak has 2 assists in his last 4 games for Dallas and has blocked 11 shots over that same span. Polak is playable tonight because of his sudden minuted bump with over 20 minutes in his last 3 games and hasn’t played less than 18 minutes in his last 5 games.

Other options: Alex Goligoski ($3,900) Travis Dermott ($3,700)

NHL DFS Line Stacks:

Real short tonight, since it’s a short slate:

Toronto 2 and 3

NY Rangers 1 and top PP unit

Dallas 2

Philadelphia 2

Los Angeles 1
