Kansas City Chiefs betting favorites for Super Bowl 54

Another NFL season is in the books, and it ends with the New England Patriots winning the Super Bowl. But they’re not the favorites for next year’s big game.
The New England Patriots capped off the 2018-19 season with their sixth Super Bowl victory, much to everyone outside of New England’s frustration. That being said, if their dynasty is going to end, someone needs to beat them.
According to Westgate Las Vegas Superbook, that team is most likely to be the Kansas City Chiefs, led by star quarterback and newly-announced NFL MVP, Patrick Mahomes.
At six to one odds, the Chiefs beat out this year’s champion New England Patriots, who sit at eight to one odds. The New Orleans Saints and Los Angeles Rams also check in at eight to one.
The Chiefs will have one of, if not the, best offense in the NFL next year. Their offense scored a whopping 565 points in the regular season, and finished first in the NFL in yards and points per game. They were essentially six inches from reaching the Super Bowl had Dee Ford lined up onside.
The Cleveland Browns open up at 20 to one odds, the same as the Baltimore Ravens and Philadelphia Eagles. It’s also better odds than the Seattle Seahawks, Atlanta Falcons and San Francisco 49ers. Things are looking up in Cleveland.
The Miami Dolphins round things out at 300 to one odds. With the news that they will be moving on from Ryan Tannehill, Westgate sees a long road ahead of them even with a new head coach.
Only five more months until training camp starts and we get to do this all over again.
