NCAA Basketball Best Bets To Win – Tuesday February 5th
By John Fazio
Good day and greetings from your NCAA basketball best bets to win host and value gambler.
To those following me I would like to apologize for the wrong call on the super bowl and the 2 last NCAA basketball bets on Sunday. I like helping people beat the books and while I run a good percentage overall, losing the high-profile big game and the peripherals was no fun at all.
I will make this article short, as I have 3 NCAA basketball best bets that I hope will get us back on track. Our overall record now stands at 49-35-1. Times are Eastern. Here we go:
Pittsburgh -2 versus Wake Forest, 7 pm
This game features 2 teams on a serious ATS and straight up downer. Pitt has lost their last 5 ATS and Wake Forest their last 4. In their last 2 schedule games, 1 at home and 1 away for each team, Pitt has lost ATS by a combined 8 points while Wake has lost ATS by a combined 30 points.
The neutral court number I make this game is Pitt by 13, and Wake has not shown to be giants at home. Both teams are playing a lot of unders lately also, but the books have adjusted the game total downward and thus taken all the value out of that bet. I will be laying Pitt -2 as the game opened 2 1/2 but has dropped to 2 at Westgate.
Miami Ohio +3 1/2 versus Kent, 7 pm
As opposed to the game above, this one features 2 teams surging. Miami has won their last 5 ATS while Kent has gone 4-0-1 ATS in that span.
Not counting an overtime loss as a dog in last years game at Kent, Miami Ohio has covered the last10 games in the series dating bask to 2014. This is an amazing dominance that I believe will continue.
Bowling Green -5 1/2 versus Western Michigan, 7 pm
I believe the talent differences are too wide between these teams as I am looking for a double-digit win from BG. They beat Western Michigan by 31 points as a 9 point favorite on January 19th and have won and covered 9 of their last 10 games overall.
Western has dropped 5/7 ATS and have been lackluster at home. That is enough for me to lay the favorite.
