Predicting every MLB team’s biggest signing next winter

Cincinnati Reds: RHP Jhoulys Chacin
The Cincinnati Reds were terrible last season, as they just could not play consistent baseball, and ended the season with a 67-95 record. Their best players are tired of losing, and rightfully so, but help is on the horizon, as they have one of the better farm systems in all of baseball thanks to all those losses.
Guys like infielder Nick Senzel and Jonathan India should help soon, as will outfielder Taylor Trammell. Their top pitching prospect, Hunter Greene, is only 19-years old, which means the team should be in the market for a top starter when the next offseason comes around after the 2019 MLB season.
Jhoulys Chacin is a pitcher that should get a lot of run next winter, as he has proven he can be a dominant starter at the Major League level. Cincinnati is a team with a ton of free agents coming up after the 2019 campaign, including Tanner Roark, who should serve as a top of the rotation starter for them this year.
Chacin would be a nice addition to the Reds, who have had a really rough time winning ballgames for what seems like forever. Help is on the way, but this is a city that wants to see some wins now, and while he will be 32 years old to start the 2020 season, Chacin is just hitting his stride, and was dominant pitching in the NL Central last season, winning 15 games.
