NHL DFS Goalies:

For my pick as the top goalie tonight I am going back to the well with Frederik Andersen ($7,400). First, his price is way too low, and second he is absolutely on fire right now. Andersen hasn’t lost in regulation in his last 6 starts (5-0-1) Andersen also has a 36 save 1 goal against performance earlier in the season against Vegas.

My next three goalies are nothing new and probably all guys you’ll be on, so

I will just list them in order real quick for you.

1 – Andrei Vasilevskiy ($8,300) – Tampa at home against a Dallas team who doesn’t score a ton.

2 – Jordan Binnington ($7,800) – St. Louis and Binnington are on fire right now. Gotta ride the hot hand

3 – Connor Hellebuyck ($8,200) – Until Colorado starts to win again, I will play goalies against them

NHL DFS Top Forwards:

Top Tier:

Patrick Kane ($7,900) – Patrick Kane is good at hockey. Make him fit in your lineups and find value elsewhere. In his last game against the Devils he had 2 goals and 2 assists leading to a 14.5 fantasy point day.

Ryan O’Reilly ($7,300) – O’Reilly has seen his price rise throughout the Blues current 7 game win streak and with good reason. In the Blues last 10 games O’Reilly has 5 goals, 7 assists, and is averaging 4.9 FPPG. Linemate Brayden Schenn ($5,200) is also a nice player to pair with O’Reilly for a Blues mini stack. Schenn has 1 goal and 10 assists over the same 10 game span and is averaging 3.3 FPPG.

Artemi Panarin ($6,600) – The Bread Man is playing for a new contract and he is going to get paid based off how well he is playing. I know the Islanders have played well this season and are in first place but Panarin is hot and he will probably find his way onto the score sheet tonight. In the Jackets last 8 games Panarin has points in 7 of those games totaling 4 goals and 8 assists.

Mid Tier:

Evgeny Kuznetsov ($6,300) – The Capitals top line center has been arguably the teams best player of late. In his last 5 games he has 3 multi point games and points in 4 games. Kuznetsov has 5 goals and 5 assists in that 5 game span while playing alongside Tom Wilson and Alex Ovechkin

Max Domi ($5,400) – Domi comes into tonight’s game with 1 goal and 4 assists in his last 5. Domi started the season slow but has really come on and is centering the Habs second line with Tomas Tatar and Andrew Shaw on his wings.

Dylan Strome ($5,100) – Sometimes all a player needs is a change of scenery and that seems to be the case with Strome. He has found his game since coming to Chicago and comes into tonight with a 5 game point streak with 3 multi point games during his streak. If you decide to fade Kane, pairing Strome with Alex DeBrincat  is a great mini stack against New Jersey.

Value Tier:

Kasperi Kapanen ($4,400) – Kapanen has goals in back to back games and has 3 goals and an assist in his last 4 games. Kapanen plays with Auston Matthews and Patrick Marleau on the Leafs second line.

Kevin Labanc ($4,100) – Labanc is quietly one of the hottest players on the Sharks right now with 5 goals and 2 assists in his last 5 games. Even though he is playing on the Sharks 3rd line he is still seeing mid to upper teens in minutes and spends time on San Jose’s top PP unit.

J.T. Miller ($3,700) – Miller is playing the best hockey of his season right now. In his last 3 games Miller has a goal and 3 assists while playing with Steven Stamkos and Tyler Johnson on the Bolts 2nd line and top PP unit.

TORONTO, ON – FEBRUARY 6: Thomas Chabot #72 of the Ottawa Senators skates against the Toronto Maple Leafs during an NHL game at Scotiabank Arena on February 6, 2019 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The Maple Leafs defeated the Senators 5-4. (Photo by Claus Andersen/Getty Images)

NHL DFS Top Defensemen :

Pay Up Dman:

Thomas Chabot ($6,200) – In 3 games against the Wings this season Chabot has a goal and an assist and is averaging 4.8 FPPG. Chabot also has 1 goal and 3 assists in his last 4 games.

More from FanSided

Other Options: Brent Burns ($6,800) , Eric Gustafsson ($5,300)

Pay Down Dman:

Oscar Fantenberg ($2,600) – Over the Kings last 4 games Fantenberg has really stepped up his game with an average of 3.9 FPPG which is 2.5 fantasy points more than his season average. Fantenberg has also seen over 19 minutes of TOI in his last 5 games as well.

Other Options: Samuel Girard ($3,100) , Dan Girardi ($2,900)
