High Value PF

Players costing $6,250 or under

Jerami Grant (at SA – $5,100): Needs 24.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 33.5 fantasy points against Philadelphia. With Paul George out, Grant is the guy who has actually stepped up and the guy who should continue to step up. He does a bit of everything and takes more of the offensive load with PG out. He’s at a good salary given his minutes and usual production. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Derrick Favors (vs MIL – $4,800): Needs 23 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 36.75 fantasy points against Denver. Favors has been playing very well as of late and while this is a tough matchup, the Bucks being on a back-to-back will make things easier for him in this game. And I’m not going to doubt Favors with the way he’s playing right now, especially at this salary. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Davis Bertans (vs OKC – $3,400): Needs 15.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 4.5 fantasy points against Detroit. It’s been a rough few games for Bertans but he gets to play the Thunder in this one. And he always kills the Thunder. He had 24 fantasy points in both games against OKC this season. This is just a matchup he thrives against and with the way the OKC defense has looked, I’m expecting him to break his slump. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.
