Get your copy of the Ohio Valley Conference’s tournament bracket here, and be sure to settle in and watch a fun tournament featuring a potential top-5 NBA draft pick in Murray State’s Ja Morant.

The OVC may not be well known to most of the casual fans, but the league has been very competitive all season long. Morant’s playmaking ability for the Racers, who have secured one of the top two seeds in the tournament, has been mesmerizing to watch all season long.

Murray State (25-4, 16-2 in OVC play) isn’t even the OVC’s top seed despite the brilliance of Morant, who has averaged 24.1 ppg and leads the nation with 10.3 apg. That honor goes to the Belmont Bruins (25-4, 16-2), who went 16-2 in OVC play and won a tiebreaker with Murray State to clinch the top seed and a bye directly to the semifinals.

The Racers are also ticketed for the semifinals, giving them the coveted double bye. The OVC also awards single byes to the third and fourth seeds, with those going to Jacksonville State (23-8, 15-3) and Austin Peay (21-10, 13-5) respectively.

The fourth seeded Governors will await the winner of the 5/8 matchup between Morehead State and SIU-Evansville. If Austin Peay advances, they would be in line for a matchup with Belmont in the semifinals.

Jacksonville State is slated to face the winner of the 6/7 matchup between Eastern Illinois and UT Martin, with Morant and Murray State looming in the finals. That matchup shouldn’t intimidate the Gamecocks, who beat Murray State by 20 back on Jan. 31 and hold a season sweep of top-seeded Belmont as well.

There is an outside chance a team like Belmont could snag an at-large if they fall in the finals of the conference tournament, but the OVC will most likely be a one-bid league, making this a do or die event for all parties involved. Click here to print your OVC bracket and get ready to watch the tournament, which will be held in Evansville, Illinois, starting on March 6. The tournament concludes on March 9 with the final, which will be televised on ESPN2.
