Players costing over $6,250

Trae Young (vs NO – $8,100): Needs 39.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 58.5 fantasy points against Brooklyn. You can always go with Curry or Harden, who I don’t have listed today for one reason or another (Warriors have the Suns on a B2B and probably won’t care, Harden’s salary remains high and he’s cooled as the rest of the team has picked up) but Young has a great matchup with the Pelicans not playing defense and Jrue Holiday missing. It’s a back-to-back for the Hawks, but Young is….young. His legs should be fresh for this one. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Mike Conley (vs ORL – $7,200): Needs 34.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 53.75 fantasy points against Utah. You have to give it to Conley, he continues to play hard despite playing for nothing. Must be making up for missing last season. This game will be close because every Orlando game is close. And Conley is the best player on the floor. He’ll be at value if nothing else, but expect much more. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Derrick White (vs MIL – $6,300): Needs 29.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 50.5 fantasy points against Atlanta. I continue to love White’s game and now everyone has caught on again as he’s over the salary line. It’s a tough matchup but the Bucks are on a back-to-back and the Spurs are a very good team as home. And I just love White’s game right now and overall. He’ll deliver. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling/
