Players costing $6,250 or under

Jordan Clarkson (vs TOR – $5,100): Needs 24.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 26.5 fantasy points against Miami. Clarkson has settled into a nice spot with his salary and production. And he’s played well against the Raptors this season, including a 34 fantasy point effort when these two teams met on Dec. 21. The Raptors are on a back-to-back and who knows if Kawhi is going to play. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Luke Kennard (at BKN – $4,700): Needs 21.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 25.75 fantasy points against Chicago. Kennard has continued to deliver for the Pistons. I’ve loved his game for weeks and he’s rarely let me down. He’s a good shooter and he finds ways to impact the game with his rebounding and playmaking. The matchup is good and Kennard remains at a great salary given his usual minutes. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Landry Shamet (vs BOS – $3,800): Needs 17.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 19.25 fantasy points against Oklahoma City. Shamet may have been down in his last two games but don’t be too concerned. The minutes and opportunities are still there for him in a big way. And he had 28 fantasy points against the Celtics on Feb. 9. I love his game in Los Angeles and much like Kennard, he gets his shots and finds ways to contribute. He won’t hurt you much at this salary. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
