Mountain West Conference Tournament 2019 printable bracket: Nevada wins top seed
The 2019 Mountain West Conference Tournament field is set as the Nevada Wolf Pack earned the No. 1 seed, and here’s a look at a printable bracket.
Projecting the how the Mountain West Conference Tournament bracket would look at the start of the 2018-19 college basketball season, most would have said that the Nevada Wolf Pack would run away with things. In the end, the Wolf Pack indeed did earn the top seed for the tournament, but it was anything but a runaway victory for Eric Musselman’s team.
Nevada and the Utah State Aggies tied for the regular season conference championship in the Mountain West, each team notching 15 wins in conference play. Behind them in the field is the Fresno State Bulldogs as the No. 3 seed. All three of those teams earned byes, as did the No. 4 San Diego State Aztecs and fifth-seeded UNLV Rebels. However, the top three seeds will have to await the winners of the first-round matchups.
Those first-round matchups will take place on Wednesday, March 13, tipping off the 2019 Mountain West Tournament with three games. The quarterfinals will then take place on Thursday, the semifinals on Friday and everything culminating on Saturday, March 16. The title game will tip off at 6:00 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on CBS.

Coming into the season, it appeared as if Nevada was going to run away with the conference in the regular season and then be able to dominate the 2019 Mountain West Tournament. However, given the fact that they shared the regular season title with Utah State and looked more fallible than expected, things could be far more interesting and unpredictable in Las Vegas than expected.
