Cleveland Browns fans are thrilled their team landed one of the NFLās best wide receivers, but quarterback Baker Mayfield may be more stoked than the fans.
The biggest winner from the Odell Beckham jr. trade besides long-suffering Browns fans, is quarterback Baker Mayfield, who now gets to throw passes to one of the NFLās best receivers.
The shocking trade sent ripples across Cleveland where Mayfield took to Twitter shortly after the deal to share his satisfaction with the trade.
He then shared an image of the new Browns triplets on his Instagram. But also throughout the NFL where former Browns lineman Joe Thomas was among those to express his excitement about the deal.

That sentiment was echoed by some of Mayfieldās teammates, as Myles Garrett shared his feelings on Twitter.

Beckhamās long-time friend and former LSU teammate, Jarvis Landry, shared a picture of him facetiming with OBJ. This duo is about to tear up the NFL just as they did in college.
Former Brownsā offensive lineman Joe Thomas also tweeted out his celebration of the deal, a major victory for the Cleveland fan base. Think he could put on 80 pounds over the next few months and make a return to the Browns offensive line?

LeBron James sounds ready to get Beckhamās Browns jersey as he welcomed him to his old town with a photo of him photoshopped in a Browns uniform and a picture of Beckham and Landry from their early days at LSU.
The rest of the league weighed in on Twitter after the sudden news of the Beckham deal broke the internet. Saintsā wideout Michael Thomas clearly thinks the Giants made a bad move by trading Beckham.

Several other current and former players took to the internet to sing the praises of Brownsā GM John Dorsey, who was the mastermind of this trade.
Seriously tho ... the job John Dorsey has done rebuilding the roster is remarkable. All the talent is there to win.

Others simply could not believe the fact that this trade happened.

Suffice to say that this deal took the entire NFL by surprise, and the reactions from these players reflect a lot of what America is thinking right now. The trade on its face is simply a stunning move since there was no indication that the Giants would seriously consider moving Beckham prior to 8:00 p.m. ET.
This deal should have massive ramifications on the rest of the offseason, and it could lead to a string of other reactionary moves that should send Twitter into a frenzy. Nothing will top the shock and awe of this trade due to the fact that it was the NFLās equivalent of a Woj Bomb, but you never know what else is coming this offseason.
