The best DraftKings daily fantasy golf picks and lineups for The Players Championship 2019, which tees off on Thursday, March 14 at TPC Sawgrass.

The first major change in the PGA Tour schedule has finally arrived as the best golfers in the world head to TPC Sawgrass in March for The Players Championship in 2019. This is no doubt a big deviation from the normal May playing of this tournament, but the unofficial fifth major should still bring all the entertainment you could want, as well as plenty of action in DraftKings fantasy golf.

While many look at TPC Sawgrass and The Players Championship and immediately think about the island green on the 17th hole, the course as a whole offers much more than just that. Not only are the par-5s the holes to take advantage of, but putting is at a premium here with the quick Bermuda greens. All of this is something to keep in mind for DraftKings daily fantasy players when making picks.

Last year, it was Webb Simpson that ran away with The Players, and it frankly wasn’t close as he was dominant over the rest of the field from the first hole to the 72nd. However, Simpson is not the favorite in 2019 as Dustin Johnson sits atop the field in terms of the odds to win, trailed closely by Rory McIlroy, Tiger Woods and Justin Thomas, as you might expect.
