Players costing $6,667 or under

Marc Gasol (vs LAL – $6,500): Needs 29.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 16.4 fantasy points against Cleveland. Gasol has really cooled and the minutes aren’t even there for him right now. But Ibaka is out of the lineup and it’s the Lakers. Nothing is guaranteed with Gasol right now but there is a lot working in his favor that I will trust. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Willie Cauley-Stein (at BOS – $5,600): Needs 25.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 28.6 fantasy points against Washington. WCS continues to get it done for the Kings and even though the Celtics are a tough matchup, someone has to get numbers in the Kings frontcourt. And WCS has certainly been the guy who has delivered. He had 35.9 fantasy points against the Celtics a week ago. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Mason Plumlee (vs DAL – $4,700): Needs 21.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 26.6 fantasy points against Minnesota. Plumlee is at a good salary given his minutes and this matchup. The Mavericks don’t have much of a frontcourt and Mason Plumlee can get it going against them. The points and rebounds should definitely be there for him. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a decent ceiling.
