High Value C

Players costing $6,667 or under

Robin Lopez (at SAC – $6,000): Needs 26.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 48.1 fantasy points against LA Clippers. Lopez is still the best center in the league and now he gets the Kings. I love his game right now, he remains at a great salary, and he should come into plenty of points and rebounds against the Kings. Just plenty to love in this matchup and unless things go horribly wrong, he’ll be a big performer. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Dewayne Dedmon (at ORL – $5,600): Needs 25 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 33.1 fantasy points against Boston. Len might have the higher ceiling of the two but Dedmon is the starter and is going to see more minutes, meaning he’ll have more opportunities to put up numbers. The minutes for Len are not guaranteed right now and you can’t perform if you aren’t on the court. Dedmon should get you value if nothing else in this one. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Ivica Zubac (vs BKN – $5,500): Needs 24.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 20.4 fantasy points against Chicago. If you want to spend a little bit more, Cauley-Stein is an option with a good matchup. But I like Zubac against the weak Nets frontcourt. The Clippers frontcourt should be able to take advantage of them in the biggest way and Zubac will lead the charge as the starting center. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
