FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – March 18, 2019
High Salary PG
Players costing over $6,667
Kemba Walker (vs PHI – $8,600): Needs 37.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 20.8 fantasy points against Miami. Kemba had a rough outing against Miami but this has been his matchup all season. He’s averaging 64.2 fantasy points in three games against the Sixers this season. Granted, they haven’t played since November. But Kemba still has a high ceiling and the Sixers without Embiid will have defensive issues. Trust him to bounce back with a strong performance in this one. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
Chris Paul (at ATL – $8,500): Needs 37.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 50.4 fantasy points against Minnesota. This feels like another game where Harden won’t have to do much and Paul will be able to take over the games. It’s the Hawks. The fantasy points are going to be there for everyone on the Rockets. Paul is at a great salary given the matchup and circumstances and we know he has a high ceiling. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
Eric Bledsoe (vs LAL – $7,400): Needs 32.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 31 fantasy points against Philadelphia. Brogdon is out and Giannis might be out. If Giannis doesn’t end up playing, Bledsoe will be the 1A option next to Middle. And have you seen the Lakers defense? Bledsoe is averaging 43.9 fantasy points in his last four games against the Lakers, including a 51.3 fantasy point effort against them on Mar. 1. He’s reliable if nothing else but the ceiling is very high. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
