High Value PF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Serge Ibaka (at OKC – $6,200): Needs 26.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 19.4 fantasy points against Cleveland. Don’t worry about that last game for Ibaka since he got himself ejected after 17 minutes. He was rounding back into form prior to his suspension and he should be rested and ready to go against the Thunder. Assuming he’s not further punished for his actions. He’ll be moved by Nick Collison night since he spent years with the man. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Jerami Grant (vs TOR – $5,600): Needs 24.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 49.5 fantasy points against Miami. Grant had a big night against the Heat because he was able to find the soft spot in the zone. The hope is that it’ll get him back on track after some rough games against the Pacers and Warriors. It’s a good matchup against the Raptors frontcourt and Grant should be playing with a lot of confidence. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Bobby Portis (at CHI – $5,600): Needs 24.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 15 fantasy points against Utah. Portis has been under 16 fantasy points in three of his last four games and his minutes have gone down. That’s the bad news. The good news is that his salary has dropped in a big way and he gets the Bulls on Wednesday. I’m going to trust this matchup and trust that Portis can bounce back. He had 31.4 fantasy points against them on Feb. 9. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.
