While Jake’s generates buzz for its 26 beers on tap and outdoor patio, the big selling point here is that this bar is dog-friendly. That’s right, you can have some great beer and watch March Madness with your pooch.

Rookies Sports Lodge

  • Location: San Jose, California

Even though San Jose is not the most popular city in California, the first rounds of the NCAA Tournament will be held there, so check out Rookies Sports Lodge if you’re in town to see some hardwood action. Rookies draws high marks for its 40 beers on tap and plentiful selection of huge TVs, but the big win here is that you can get 20% off your bill between 2-6 p.m. at the bar and high-top lounge areas during the week.

The Blue Chip

Another winner in San Jose, the Blue Chip has plenty of TVs and beer options, but the big selling point here is cheesesteaks. At The Blue Chip, you can order one of 15 different varieties of cheesesteaks, and they all look really tasty.

O-Line Sports Grill

  • Location: Louisville, Kentucky

Louisville is the home of the South regional, so visiting fans should check out O-Line Sports Grill, which was voted the city’s best sports bar in 2017. Be sure to stop by on Thursday, when all wings are just 50 cents.

Bungalow Joe’s

Another option for fans visiting Louisville is Bungalow Joe’s, which has 16 beers on tap and 23 HDTVs to watch all the action in the Sweet 16. Bungalow Joe’s also has a lot of good burgers so that should be a priority stop for any burger lover.
