DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – March 26, 2019
High Salary SG
Players costing over $6,250
James Harden (at MIL – $11,400): Needs 54.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 41.75 fantasy points against New Orleans. Harden finally got some rest against the Pelicans and I do believe that the Rockets will rest him more going forward. But this won’t be that game. Not against the only other person standing in his way for the MVP. This will be Harden’s late-season statement and potentially wins him the MVP if voters are foolish enough to fall for one game (and they are). Harden will shine again. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
Khris Middleton (vs HOU – $7,600): Needs 35.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 30.75 fantasy points against Cleveland. Middleton is going to have to step up in this game if the Bucks want to make a late-season statement and he’s a guy I trust to step up. He was playing very well prior to the Cleveland game and then he was playing Cleveland so I don’t even hold that against him. He’ll bounce back in this one. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
Lou Williams (at MIN – $6,900): Needs 32.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 48.75 fantasy points against New York. The Clippers are still playing for seeding and now he gets a great matchup against the Timberwolves. Williams always has a high ceiling and this feels like a game where his scoring and playmaking is on display. He had 52.25 fantasy points against the Timberwolves on Feb. 11. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
