Players costing $6,250 or under

Bojan Bogdanovic (at BOS – $5,800): Needs 26.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 38.5 fantasy points against Oklahoma City. You typically know what you’re getting out of Bogdanovic but let me caution you in this game. This could be a potential first-round matchup and it’s very possible that both teams keep it very generic as to not give anything away. Still, Bogdanovic should deliver. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (vs CHA – $4,900): Needs 22.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 14.5 fantasy points against Utah. You never know what you’re going to get out of KCP but you do know that he’s going to play strong minutes and get plenty of opportunities. The return of LeBron should certainly help. And the mashup helps as well because the Hornets defense doesn’t offer much resistance on most nights. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Will Barton (at OKC – $4,700): Needs 21.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 8.75 fantasy points against Houston. It was a rough outing for most of the Nuggets against the Rockets but I’m not too concerned. The good news is that guys got some rest in the blowout and the better news is that they always play the Thunder very well. Not only are the games competitive but the Nuggets win. And the Thunder defense can’t be trusted, especially if Paul George doesn’t play. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
