Players costing $6,250 or under

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (vs MEM – $6,000): Needs 28.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 39.5 fantasy points against Cleveland. SAG continues to play great basketball for the Clippers. His salary has jumped but the minutes are always there and he just finds a way to make an impact. He should continue to make an impact in this game because his style will fit with how the Grizzlies can force teams to play. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Delon Wright (at LAC – $5,500): Needs 26.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 33.25 fantasy points against Phoenix. It’s a back-to-back for both teams but the Grizzlies had the late game on Saturday. Wright should continue to get the minutes and opportunities and the Clippers are playing great right now, but they don’t always bring much in terms of defense. And Wright has a high ceiling based on his usual minutes and opportunities. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Patty Mills (vs SAC – $3,600): Needs 17.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 21 fantasy points against Cleveland. You typically know what you’re getting out of Mills in terms of minutes and shots. And now he gets to play the Kings, a team that makes it easy for guys to get fantasy numbers against. He had 21.25 fantasy points against the Kings on Feb. 4. The minutes will be there and he’s a nice salary saver who will at least get you value. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a decent ceiling.
