14. player. 44. . Cornerback. LSU. Greedy Williams

The Atlanta Falcons were a team that really disappointed last season, as they failed to make the playoffs only two years removed from going to the Super Bowl. Everybody remembers their terrible loss in the Super Bowl to the New England Patriots, and it seems like it has been all downhill since that day in February.

Last season, Atlanta struggled to put wins together on a consistent basis, and that led to them finishing on the outside looking in come playoff team. Despite the fact they were loaded with talent on the offensive side of the ball, they could not keep pace with the New Orleans Saints in the division, and they ended up revamping the coaching staff afterwards.

This offseason, the Falcons lost a ton of talent in the defensive backfield, and that is where they should target with the No. 14 overall pick in the first round. One player to keep an eye on is Greedy Williams from LSU, who is the best cornerback in this draft class, and would be a perfect fit for this secondary moving forward.

Atlanta has the talent to  be right back in the playoff picture this upcoming season, as they still have elite talent on the offensive side of the ball. The hope is that Vic Beasley Jr. can get back to being one of the more elite edge rushers in the league, because that would give them a completely different look on defense, and they need to be solid in a very tough NFC South division.
