High Salary PG

Players costing over $6,250

Ben Simmons (at ATL – $9,500): Needs 44.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 37.75 fantasy points against Dallas. It wasn’t a good showing for the Sixers in Dallas but there’s reason to think they’ll be better in this one. The Hawks are on a back-to-back and their style always helps out opponents. And Simmons has been very good against them this season, averaging 57.3 fantasy points in three games. Simmons will be better in this one. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

D’Angelo Russell (vs TOR – $9,100): Needs 43.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 47.5 fantasy points against Milwaukee. Russell continues to play very well down the stretch and this is a matchup he’s thrived against this season. He’s averaging 50 fantasy points in three games against the Raptors, including 60.25 fantasy points against them on Feb. 11. He should keep it going in this one. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Goran Dragic (vs BOS – $6,800): Needs 33 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 48.75 fantasy points against Boston. Dragic is in the starting lineup because Miami needs something out of their guards and been playing well. Miami continues to be a desperate team while the Celtics are just kind of a team that exists. His ceiling is high and I like his game right now, especially at home and with the circumstances facing Miami. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
