From small bumps in value to huge leaps, these 18 players are going up in value and should be prioritized in fantasy football drafts.

One of the abilities that sets elite fantasy football players apart from the crowd, and enables those players to regularly win championships, is the ability to see the future.

Seeing the future, of course, is a shadowy exercise; it’s hazy and the shapes are not always easy to make out.  As a result, no one is going to get everything right.  However, those with the ability to get things right more than they get things wrong, by extrapolating from data and historical trends and talent assessment and situation what is most likely to happen, are those who win again and again.

So what I’ve tried to do in my fantasy career is target players who are undervalued and draft them a bit before their ADP (average draft position).  They may be undervalued because they have never done what I anticipate them doing, or because of recent injuries, or due to bad coaching.

Whatever the reason, I think the players in this list are players you should target in your drafts, grabbing them a bit before they are normally taken.  In addition, I would recommend trading for them in dynasty leagues, since their value is likely much lower now that it will be at the end of this season.

I am going to categorize these players into three groups:

·      Group 1: I’ll look at 6 players who should see a small bump up in value.

·      Group 2: I’ll look at 6 players who should see a moderate jump up in value.

·      Group 3: I’ll look at 6 players who should make a huge leap up the boards in value from now until next offseason, similar to the way Nick Chubb went from a late round flier in 2018 to now being chosen in the top two rounds of fantasy drafts.
