The New York Jets are ready to unveil their highly anticipated new uniforms. When can you see the new threads?

The New York Jets will be revealing their new uniforms for the 2019-2020 season on Thursday, April 4th at 7:30pm. The live stream reveal of the uniforms will be run across the Jets social media platforms.

The new uniforms have been highly anticipated since the team announced they were redesigning their uniform in August of last year. As recently as this week, someone claimed to leak a picture of the new uniforms. The photos have not been confirmed to be legitimate, nor can you tell from the photos if the Jets are updating the logo in addition to the uniforms.

The new uniforms are part of a Jets’ rebranding on-and-off the field. The team brought in new head coach Adam Gase and had some major offseason signings, including running back Le’Veon Bell. The fans are hoping for a better year, and maybe even their first playoff appearance since 2010.

New York getting new uniforms isn’t that crazy of an idea. Whether or not this is the new look will be determined later. A new logo leaked this week which showed a cleaner look to the traditional ‘NY’ behind ‘JETS’, separating the two and stacking them rather than layering.

If the Twitter leak is legitimate, the uniforms will be a new shade of green and will feature a stripe over the shoulders and outlined numbers. To see if the rumors are true, tune in to the New York Jets broadcast at 7:30pm on any of their social media channels.
