1. 1B Bobby Bradley

Bradley enters this season No. 10 on MLB.com’s ranking of first baseman prospects. Last year he made the jump to Triple-A, after hitting 24 home runs for Double-A Akron, and he has hit 50 home runs over the last two seasons (79 home runs over the last three, more than 20 home runs in four straight seasons).

For all the power numbers he has posted, Bradley has just a .252 career batting average in the minors and he strikes out a bunch (26.9 percent last year, including 33.6 percent in 128 Triple-A plate appearances). That aggressive plate approach also yields a low on-base percentage, .308 between both levels last season, but Bradley does get pitched around a fair amount (five intentional walks out of 56 walks in 2018). If he can refine his approach just a bit, major league-translatable on-base skills would go nicely with prolific all-fields power.

If Cleveland needs to add some pop to their lineup at some point this season, and it seems safe to say they will, Bradley is sure to be one of the first considered for a call-up.
