Nike released a new ad after Tiger Woods won The Masters on Sunday, and it’s sure to hit all of your emotions.

On Sunday, as close to his peak form as he’s looked in a long time, Tiger Woods won The Masters. It was also his first major win since the 2008 U.S. Open, which he did on a badly injured knee that served as a precursor to the physical issues he has dealt with since. It was also his fifth green jacket, and his first Masters win since 2005.

Woods has had plenty of personal and professional ups and downs, some of it self-inflicted, in the decade-plus since he had won a major before Sunday. From his historic first Masters win in 1997, and a famous hug with his father off the 72nd green, to Sunday’s sharing of the moment with his children in the same spot, Woods has had a unique journey at Augusta National.

It was once deemed to be a foregone conclusion Woods would pass Jack Nicklaus for the most Major wins in history. Still three behind “The Golden Bear” now, Woods now seems to have a renewed chance to get to 19 Major victories

After Woods won on Sunday — almost as if they had it ready in case of a Woods victory — Nike released a brand new ad.

Love Woods or not, as a person or as a golfer, we all can appreciate life’s ups and downs and how hard it is to hang onto dreams. Woods was a child prodigy groomed to be a champion golfer, and it’s easy to wonder how the burden of that has affected his life in a broader, though hidden sense.

Now that we can have some space to get over the chills, and maybe wipe away a tear or two. Props to Nike for nailing the sentiment of Woods’ Masters win on Sunday with a great ad.
