2019 NFL mock draft: Bengals draft Drew Lock to replace Andy Dalton
By Brad Weiss

Ole Miss. D.K. Metcalf. 26. player. 46. . Wide Receiver
For most NFL fans, the thought of the Indianapolis Colts making the playoffs seemed like a longshot, as nobody really knew what to expect from quarterback Andrew Luck. For Luck, he was coming off missing nearly two full seasons due to a shoulder issues, and he was really an unknown entering the 2018 season.
Well, Luck came back in a big way for the Colts, throwing 39 touchdown passes, and leading the team to a Wild Card berth. In fact, Luck and company did not stop there, as they went into Houston and beat the Texans in the Wild Card round, clinching a spot in the Divisional Round against Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs.
While the Colts season would end against Kansas City, it was still viewed at as a successful 2018 campaign. As they enter 2019, they appear to be the favorite in a very deep AFC South division, but they need to add some weapons in the passing game if they want to take the next step forward.
Enter D.K. Metcalf, who is an absolutely incredible athletic specimen, and would be a perfect compliment to the smaller T.Y. Hilton for the Colts. Giving Luck a talent like Metcalf is almost not fair, as he is one of the top-5 quarterbacks in the NFL, and the Colts appear to be a team that is certainly on the rise entering 2019.
