Linebacker. LSU. Devin White. 5. player. 48.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers head into the 2019 NFL season with a new head coach at the helm, and a pretty good one at that. The Buccaneers were able to get former Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians to come out of retirement, and he brings with him the ability to get the best out of his team.

One area where he specializes in getting the best out of players is at quarterback, and he has quite the project in front of him in Jameis Winston. If Arians can get the best out of Winston, this is a franchise that has talent around him, and could surprise some people in a very deep NFC South next season.

Looking at this roster heading into the draft, there is no doubt that they have to get better on the defensive side of the ball, especially at linebacker. They lost Kwon Alexander to free agency this offseason, and replacing him with a talent like Devin White would actually make the position group better than it was a year ago.

White is an absolute freak of nature from his linebacker spot, and is a player who could be a leader on this Buccaneers defense in year one. They have some exciting players on both sides of the ball, and if they add White in the first round, and get a good season out of Winston, Arians will have this thing pointed in the right direction.
