After pulling off a surprising NFC East title in 2018, the Dallas Cowboys will look to get back to the postseason against a challenging first place schedule this season.
America’s team still hasn’t even been to the NFC Championship game since the mid-1990’s, but the Dallas Cowboys appear to be a team on the rise. After moving on from veteran stalwarts Dez Bryant and Jason Witten last season, the Cowboys built a contender on the strength of a tremendous defense, a power running game led by Ezekiel Elliott, and a shrewd mid-season trade to bring in a new no.1 receiver in Amari Cooper.
Dallas has been fairly busy this winter, pulling off a surprise addition to their tight end corps when Witten bolted from the broadcast booth to return to the Cowboys after a one-year hiatus. Wideout Randall Cobb is the other noteworthy offensive addition, coming over from Green Bay on a one year deal to replace departed slot receiver Cole Beasley.
Here is who Dallas will be playing this year on its home and away schedules.

The Dallas defense has mostly been upgraded with depth additions, including former Texans’ defensive tackle Christian Covington and safety George Iloka, which may be a bit disappointing for Cowboys’ fans who were hoping to land Earl Thomas to quarterback the secondary. The Cowboys took care of Demarcus Lawrence’s contract extension, however, ensuring that their excellent defense should be fully intact ahead of a challenging schedule.
