6. Green Bay Packers at Kansas City Chiefs

If you’re looking for offensive firepower, this is another must-watch affair. In a year where the NFL is celebrating its 100th anniversary, the league has the good fortune of getting a showdown between the franchises that played in the first Super Bowl, and the matchup should be explosive.

Everyone knows what the Chiefs can do offensively, headlined by Patrick Mahomes, who won the MVP a year ago by throwing for over 5,000 yards and 50 touchdowns. Mahomes has plenty of weapons to work with, headlined by speedy wide receiver Tyreek Hill and the sports’ top tight end in Travis Kelce, but the Chiefs should still have their hands full against the Packers.

Green Bay is poised for a brand new era under head coach Matt LaFleur, who comes to the Packers with a reputation of offensive wizardry thanks to his work under Sean McVay. LaFleur has a future Hall of Famer on his side in Aaron Rodgers, who still threw for almost 4,500 yards with an absurd 25:2 touchdown to pick ratio in what most considered a down year for the Packers.

Neither team is known for its defense, so the scoreboard should certainly be spinning at Arrowhead as Rodgers and Mahomes square off in a good old fashioned battle of gunslingers. Like last year’s Monday Night classic between the Chiefs and Rams, we could see close to 100 points on the board by the end of the contest.
