NBA Playoffs 2019: Milwaukee Bucks vs. Detroit Pistons Game 4 live stream: Watch online
By Ian Levy
The Detroit Pistons will be looking to save face and avoid a sweep in Game 4 at the hands of the Milwaukee Bucks. Here’s everything you need to watch.
It’s been a steady uphill battle for the Pistons, losing the first two games of their first-round series to the Bucks by a combined 56 points. Their star forward, Blake Griffin, returned for Game 3 and all they were able to do is shave their margin of defeat down to 16 points. Game 4 is likely the last home game of Detroit’s season and a chance to save some face by forcing the Bucks to take this back to Milwaukee and finishing things there.
Griffin’s return made a big difference for Detroit, they were only outscored by three points in the 30 minutes he was on the floor. But Giannis Antetokounmpo played excellent defense on him, forcing Griffin into difficult shots and dragging down his efficiency. He finished the game 4-of-10 with two turnovers on the 34 possessions where Giannis was his primary defender and 6-of-14 without a turnover on the 30 possessions he was guarded by a different Buck.
For Detroit to have a chance, they’ll need Griffin to control the game on offense and their supporting cast, like Wayne Ellington and Luke Kennard, to step up and hit outside shots. As to stopping the Bucks at the other end, maybe some sort of magic spell?
Below is everything you’ll need to watch Game 4.
