The final NFL Mock Draft before the 2019 NFL Draft begins. Ed Oliver is rising. Dwane Haskins is falling. How many quarterbacks will go in the first round?

NFL mock draft season is coming to an end and it’s finally time for the real thing to play out over three days starting Thursday night. Kyler Murray, Nick Bosa, Quinnen Williams, Josh Allen, Dwayne Haskins and others have been talked about for months and several mock drafts have plugged them at various stops. The final NFL mock draft sees the Cardinals kick things off with the reigning Heisman winner, Kyler Murray, one year after trading up to take quarterback Josh Rosen with the No. 10 pick.

1. Arizona Cardinals – Kyler Murray, QB, Oklahoma

This pick has been made for weeks. The worst-kept secret in the draft is Kyler Murray will be the pick of the Cardinals. The reigning Heisman Trophy winner put up bigger numbers than last year’s No. 1 pick, Baker Mayfield, in the same offense at Oklahoma and presents a dual-threat element to the offense. There are concerns about his lack of size at 5-foot-10 and barely over 200 pounds, but his big-time arm and electric feet should make him a great asset in Kliff Kingsbury’s offense.

2. San Francisco 49ers – Nick Bosa, DE, Ohio State

Another pick that has been set ever since Nick Bosa worked out at the NFL Combine in late February. Bosa showed he’s completely recovered from the core muscle injury that cost him all but three games of his junior season. Bosa also suffered a torn ACL in high school so there is some concern about his durability. But when healthy, he’s a complete pass rusher with a ceiling of his older brother Joey and the floor of former No. 2 pick Chris Long. San Francisco has invested heavily in the defensive line but in a class rich with defensive line prospects, there is no other direction for General Manager John Lynch to take this year.
