High Salary SF

Players costing over $6,250

Kevin Durant (vs HOU – $9,100): Needs 41.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 47.25 fantasy points against Houston. Durant has been a beast in these last couple of playoff games and we know what he does. We know who he is. However his saying goes. The Rockets don’t have an answer for him because no one has an answer for him. You can always build around him with confidence. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Khris Middleton (vs BOS – $6,400): Needs 29 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 39.5 fantasy points against Boston. Middleton always seems to have it going against the Celtics and with the Bucks likely to be much better in Game 2, expect Middleton to keep trucking along in this series. He remains at a good salary given his usual production against the Celtics. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

High Value SF

Players costing $6,250 or under

Jaylen Brown (at MIL – $4,800): Needs 21.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 25 fantasy points against Milwaukee. Brown showed up in Game 1 and it looks like the minutes are going to be there for him in this series. I would caution that the Celtics depth is so good that it could be Tatum’s turn to have a strong guy while Brown struggles a bit. Diagnosis: Reliable with a decent ceiling.

Andre Iguodala (vs HOU – $4,700): Needs 21.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 24 fantasy points against Houston. It’s playoff Iguodala, which means it’s the best player in the league. He’s starting because Kerr is running out the Hamptons 5 immediately and he’s getting big minutes. We know he can do a bit of everything as well. He’s more reliable than Brown. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
