Thursday’s episode “Always Ready” picks up right where the Grey’s Anatomy episode “What I Did For Love” left off. One of the major Station 19 characters has been admitted to the hospital, while the rest of the team worries over whether or not they’ll survive. And since this is a Shondaland show, it honestly could go either way.

ABC hasn’t provided any further details about what cases of the week they’ll be handling in the meanwhile—but clearly there has to be something else going on, because the show can’t do 45 minutes of firefighters and paramedics sitting around a waiting room. So what’s the big plot twist? Fans will have to watch in order to find out.
